Our team has come up with end to end service design solution which will enhance the experience of the target customers. It is a portable device that serves the purpose of banking transactions and we have added a new feature to the existing ICICI bank app which will allow the senior citizens to easily access the ATM services.

People who live on their pension money and who are physically challenged are also taken into consideration. Features like this will form a strong bond between the bank and the people.This will minimize the efforts of the elderly and will greatly help the physically challenged.
