I’m a strategy designer and institution builder working with organizations to bring diverse ideas and visions to reality. I come with a multi-disciplinary background in customer experience design, strategic management, and organization growth.
From an engineering degree to product & service design to business development & client content strategy in global corps, and then building/leading a reputed think tank for the city I grew up in, my career has taken fascinating twists and turns. And with each leap, I’ve learned something new about myself, design, technology, businesses, org changes & growth.
With over 20+ years of experience leading and implementing innovative, customer-centric solutions, I have worked in different geographies and with global stakeholders.
My most recent role as the chief executive of Chennai International Centre was entrepreneurial in nature. It involved building and leading the institution – creating frameworks, processes, systems, digital infrastructure, and team, besides leading the org vision of fostering collaborations among leading industry thinkers, economists, policymakers, artists, and academicians for deep-dive intellectual exchanges and thought leadership.
Before that, I worked with big global corporations in CX design and strategic management in the financial services domain.
An unplanned sabbatical led me to discover new skills resulting in becoming a co-creator of an annual arts confluence (a one-of-its-kind back then), author of a coffee table book supported by The National Heritage Board of Sg, a columnist, art & portrait photographer, and a sports enthusiast.
