Hi! I am a process-oriented designer, who loves to hack business growth by deploying design methodology that relies on qualitative and quantitative research. My core strength comes from my capability to bridge between design & engineering, and my knowledge of persuasive design.

I am currently working with athenahealth as Principal Designer, leading a world class experience for cloud-based services and mobile tools for medical groups and health systems, specifically for athenahealth platform. In my career of 12 years, I have built teams from scratch, shaped product strategies, designed experiences, developed products and impacted business positively. I have learnt from my occasional failures, mentors, trainings and, experience working for several MNCs and start-ups.

In my leisure time, I like writing about cognition, emotion and design. I am crazy for coffee and I love brewing coffee, visiting cafés and touring coffee plantations.
