I have been working as a UX designer and researcher for the last 14 years (including 10 years in UAE). I am passionate about User Research, Product Design, and Data Analysis.

A problem-solver, focussing on issues concerning user journeys, information architecture, and visual design for digital experiences ranging from desktop to tablet and mobile. In addition, I work on a user-centric approach to enhance the overall product experience using real-time data analytical tools like Google Analytics and HotJar.
