In my last professional pursuit (IC Role), I worked as a UX Consultant with Automatic Data Processing’s (NASDAQ: ADP) Design Studio, with a focus on Web Design and Usability in the HCM domain. At Samsung corporate design center, proposed and led research projects across emerging economies (Asia, Latin America, Africa) in search of mobile UX USP’S, team and myself been granted patents for successfully designed & commercialized features across Samsung models in SWA and other regions (refer my articles/ posts/ attachments for details). Accomplishments include leading UT Lab set-up @ Samsung Design Delhi. Previously taken-up role(s) also includes that of a project manager wherein has led global ethnographic projects for clients including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, GE Health & BBC WST.
