I am a passionate product design leader with experience in building, growing and nurturing exceptional multi-disciplinary design teams. With over 20 years of global industry experience, I have designed consumer and enterprise products for a wide range of industries and for global audiences. In recent years, I have directed many large-scale enterprise product design programs at companies like SAP, LinkedIn and NetApp. I have worked closely with global cross-functional teams consisting of product managers, engineers, sales, marketing and customer support teams.

With my passion for mentoring, I routinely volunteer to coach high-school students on a career in design. I conduct workshops on human-centered and collaborative problem solving using Design Thinking methodology.
