He is involved instrumentally hands-on in business for product and service experience strategy to craft visually-engaging experiences, drive design requirement analysis, solution design through strong Project feature Life Cycle Management. He has worked as a leader driving the XD team closely with engineering; product and service engagement leads to an advocate of how a strategic UX design approach can ship a delightful and engaging product to our customers and clients.

Kallol is a born learner and believer in building emergent design team and nurture for individual and organization’s sustainable growth. He has led and manages UX Practice providing services across verticals for more than a decade.
