Empathy for users, passion to innovate and simplify, and incessant learning drive pushed me to work as UX designer in diverse domains for past 13+ years across the US, India, Russia, and Germany.

Currently, I am building a diverse design team for a few new initiatives at Amazon. In the future, I’m excited to work in the domain of Virtual Reality (VR)/Augmented Reality (AR), Voice Systems, Education, and Healthcare. These domains have some highly challenging and complex problems to solve, and the impact could be immense in daily life.

I have planned, conducted and led design projects in the industries; managed and worked with the diverse team, coordinated the product cycle from inception to deployment. Managing and mentoring team resources for consistent and great user experience across the products. Create design guidelines and interface patterns for products.

My technical background aids my rationale & analytical decision-making skills. Working in both small enterprises and large multinational corporations have given me the opportunity to judge and align the available resources most efficiently in the product development cycle.

The product success depends on the strong foundation research, and user research being a major part of it. Conducting user research, gathering and understanding their needs, assessing products on the basis of present user experience and remodeling them to fit the user needs, validating design before and after the release.
