As a strategic design consultant, I partner clients in developing user-centered problem discovery and solving processes. We use design thinking as a strategic tool to understand user journeys and experience; identify opportunities; define problems; develop and execute creative solutions in the context of systemic challenges.

I had my earliest education in design at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, as a member of its first under-graduate batch and have since, practiced and taught it in various settings.

Images Communications, a design and consultancy firm that I found in 1984 has been offering communication design services across several sectors to corporations, government, and NGOs.

I study and research Design Thinking, its methods, processes and concerns and write on design issues.

I consult, teach, and regularly conduct workshops at educational institutions. I am also a member of the Academic Council at Ajeenkya DY Patil University.
