I have been leading the design track on large scale transformational projects since 2005. I apply business strategy and human centred design in collaboration with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to reduce complexity and uncertainty for consumers & businesses, and lead to organisational success.

I love to design in the digital and physical world, or a mix of both, incorporating usability and accessibility at every stage. I enjoy conducting design thinking sessions to increase the design centricity in my organisation.
