A UX Designer turned Product Manager at Whatfix, my specialty lies in B2B products, understanding user needs, research, and accessibility. I have experience in building & managing product features from scratch and mentoring our in-house design team.

I don’t believe in quick fixes and find that more often than not the problem is a lot deeper than what it seems. When in doubt I turn to data, and it barely ever lies.

Since completing my Masters in human-centered Systems from City University London, I have been actively working on finding the harmony between the user and business needs. I strongly feel that half the problem is solved by identifying the right problem and rest is solved by effectively using Design Thinking.

When not problem-solving, I teach drawing to kids and take workshops for adults. I also like to spend my time painting or crafting home decor items under the Instagram handle of @girlingreypyjamas
