In 2017, she founded a multi-disciplinary School of Design at NMIMS University, Mumbai Campus. The school envisions a professional and future scoping Design education which is powered by multi-disciplinary modules, is collaborative, technology permeated, and data-driven.

She has built, mentored, and managed multi-disciplinary teams, each time unleashing, channelizing, and fuelling their creativity. In addition, demonstrates proficiency in imbibing cultural diversity required to work globally in Design

As a Trainer, has conducted seminars and workshops in Design Thinking applied in Business and Engineering scenarios
